ANTIQUE – PAIR OF 18TH CENTURY ELM CHAIRS
£395.00
A good pair of elm country-made chairs approximately c.1780. The shaped curved back rails (sometimes referred to as ladder back), are emulated on the front seat rail that supports a solid elm seat. A simple design of the front legs, turned to resemble the cabriole leg, terminate in a small pad foot. These chairs retain their original colour and patination, which is a good as I have ever seen.
18 in. wide; 35 in. high; 13½ in. (seat) deep
